Chef for a Day Demonstration

We’re working behind the scenes each day to bring our newest community to life and we’re feeling especially spoiled today by our amazing culinary team led by Jeremy Imes. For lunch our management team was treated to a chef’s demonstration of our ingredient kitchen, a popular offering among our members whereby our chef will box up freshly prepped ingredients for members to cook at home. On today’s Chef for a Day menu was Pan Seared Salmon served over Orzo with a side of Sautéed Root Vegetables and Bok Choy. Yum! Each box can be ordered to serve one or two and comes with easy to follow instructions. To make it a three-course meal, we started with a BLT Salad featuring Avocado, Mango and Herb Vinaigrette and finished with Brioche Bread Pudding with Dried Cranberries, Pecans and Fior di Latte gelato from local purveyor Blue Ice.
